Plot twist: land two full time jobs in two weeks, and still continue to create personal work. In some moments, I think it's impossible. But at the same time, I know I can do it. Organization is key which is why I just spent a hundred dollars at Target. I'm telling myself that yes, there are in fact enough hours in the day...because there are. From sunrise to sunset there's no reason I cannot accomplish each and every one of my goals.
This day marks the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new Part. Yes, I did just combine literature with theatre. It marks the last chapter of my quarter-life crisis and the beginning of my career as a designer. A systems designer, a design thinker, a visual communicator, a leader and social activist. I have realized my dreams today...and I know I can do the tasks set before me. I asked for this opportunity, worked hard for it and here it is- steaming hot and ready for me to dive in.
I was hungry for purpose in my life. I didn't know what I wanted to be or where I wanted to go. One step at a time, I made it to this moment and I couldn't be more proud. So I'll continue with this thirty day challenge because I started it to finish it- to produce work and ideas and practice consistently doing so.
With all of that said... I'm going to take it easy on the scope of each challenge so that it can be more fluid. I'll produce what I can, when I can. I was inspired the other day by a humming bird...the stillness it seemed to have in the sky, yet it's intense movement at the same time. The bird could be used for a company or organization that embodies ease of movement or natural ability.
